Case study · Racexotics
Rally registration and storytelling for a Pacific Northwest supercar community
A bold, fast site for multi-day supercar rallies across Washington - rally pages with live availability, driver sign-in, YouTube episodes, sponsors and past-rally recaps.

The challenge
What Racexotics needed
Racexotics runs multi-day supercar rallies on some of the best roads in the Pacific Northwest. The experience sells itself in person - the challenge was making it come across online, and turning that excitement into confirmed drivers for limited-capacity events.
The team also produces video content and works with sponsors, so the site needed to be a home for episodes and partners as well as a registration engine, while staying simple to keep current between rallies.
Our approach
What we built
We led with the feeling: a big, confident hero ('Drive the Northwest with people who get it.'), then went straight to what a prospective driver needs - the next rally, its dates, route, length, entry price and how many spots are left - with a single clear 'Join this rally' action.
Video episodes, Instagram, sponsor tiers and past-rally recaps sit further down the page to build trust and give the brand depth. Drivers get their own sign-in, and each rally lives on its own page so it can be shared and found in search.
Rally pages with live availability
Dates, route, duration, entry price and spots remaining for each rally, so drivers can decide quickly.
Clear registration path
One prominent 'Join this rally' call to action from the homepage straight into the rally's page.
Driver sign-in
A private area for registered drivers.
Episodes on YouTube
Latest episode featured on the homepage with an archive of previous episodes.
Sponsor tiers
A dedicated partners section that gives sponsors visible, valuable placement.
Past rally recaps
Stories and photos from previous rallies that show newcomers what they're signing up for.

Mobile first
Designed for the phone in your pocket
Most visitors arrive on a phone - often straight from social media or a group chat. Every page was designed at phone size first, then scaled up, so browsing, signing in and taking action feel natural with one thumb.
Results
What changed
Live availability on every rally page creates honest urgency for limited events.
Episodes, social and recaps live alongside registration instead of being scattered across platforms.
Tiered partner placement gives sponsors a clear, visible return.
